He possesses anMsc. Development Management and PGD Development management from Open University, UK. He also possesses a BSC (Hons) Economics and Statistics from Makerere University Kampala. He is a Design, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Learning Specialist in both humanitarian and development contexts. This is built upon his relevant qualifications as a Statistician, Economist and Development manager. He has gained 13 years of experience mainly in Design, Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning (DME&L) with international and national NGOs as well the Government. He possess key additional skills and experience in Organizational Development (OD) & Capacity Building that compliment his career in DME&L for a consolidated strength in programme quality, impact and organizational performance. Having led the Monitoring and Evaluation departments for four international organizations and Organizational Development and capacity building departments for two organizations, he has gained, nurtured and tested his programme and strategic skills/leadership in a variety of organizations and contexts. His main areas of work include project design, developing and managing monitoring and evaluation systems, designing and conducting performance and impact evaluations, facilitating organizational and staff capacity building and promoting organizational learning and research. He relates practically with Project Management Cycle in the broader contexts of programme quality and accountability.He has worked and carried out consultancywork in the following countries: Uganda, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Cote d’Ivoire, Liberia, Switzerlandincludingtravelduties/programme support: Haiti, Pakistan, Brazil, Kenya, UK, Others.
